Enjoy the riverwalk, shopping, and food! Some of our favorite food spots are SixtyFour Wine Bar, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Fat Rosie's Taco and Tequila, and Le Chocolat. If you have time for a fun night with painting and wine, hit up Pinot's Pallete and craft some high quality artwork (depending on the level of your alcohol intake).

For all the out of towners, get your Chicago dog! We have a tradition every time we travel back from Missouri to stop at Portillo's and get Craig a dog. The cake shakes are pretty great too!

Chicago has amazing museums that you could spend the whole weekend visiting and not see everything. Our favorites are the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and the Field Museum of Natural History. Otters, planets, and dinos oh my!

If you want some dedicated time to explore the Morton Arboretum after the wedding, bring a change of clothes and a pair of tennis shoes because you will have free admission for the rest of the day until close at sunset. With 16 miles of walking trails and artist exhibitions scattered throughout, there is lots to explore.
