Lund is a beautiful, West coast community located about 30 minutes drive North-West of Powell River. Travel to Lund is only available by flight or ferry through Powell River.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are driving, it will be VERY busy on the long weekend and a reservation is a necessity. You can drive to Powell River from Vancouver via BC Ferries, taking Horseshoe Bay to Langdale and then Earls Cove to Saltery Bay. If you make both ferries, it is approximately a 6 hour drive from downtown Vancouver to Powell River.

Or, drive from Victoria to Comox and take a ferry from Comox to Powell River. It is approximately 3 hours drive from Victoria to Comox plus 1.5 hours for the ferry.

There are multiple, daily flights to Powell River on Pacific Coastal or Harbour Air but no direct transportation to Lund. We strongly recommend considering staying in Lund or having a vehicle if you choose to stay at a hotel in Powell River.

The Laughing Oyster Restaurant is a short drive from Lund. If you are staying in Lund, take a left from the Sunshine Coast Highway onto Malaspina Rd. and follow the signs to the Laughing Oyster.

Lund Gazebo is a large grassy location where we will host our bbq and games. It is a 1 minute drive or 500 meter walk along Finn Bay road. Comfortable footwear recommended if you walk as there is a hill!
