We would appreciate it if everyone could RSVP by May 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your response by the date specified we will need to mark you as 'not coming'. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count promptly. We hope you all understand.

We would love to see everyone dress up! Please keep your attire formal (no jeans) and we ask that ladies stay away from white, cream and ivory.

You will select your main course from three options on the night of the event. Appetizers and desserts are predetermined and will be the same for all guests, except in cases of dietary restrictions. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us in advance. The venue will also confirm any allergies with you on the night of the event.

The ceremony will be taken place in the garden chapel which is open-aired and features manicured gardens encasing the aisle entrance while the natural landscape of Whistle Bear’s golf course provides the perfect backdrop. There is a retractable peaked roof which provides complete protection from the weather if we need to close it. Our reception space is inside, but we do get access to a private outdoor space for cocktails - weather permitting.

Yes! You're absolutely allowed to leave your car parked over night and we will have a shuttle for those staying at the hotel.
