No, we want you to wear what you feel comfortable and beautiful/ handsome in. Please keep in mind it’s end of October in the mountains and may get chilly at night. Some sort of outwear is encouraged to bring.

Yes, however we please ask if you CAN find a sitter to do that. We would like to limit the amount of young ones as much as possible. We love you and your kids, but they get expensive quick!

YES. Please RSVP for yourself, and your individual children. We pay per person so we need an exact amount. Please RSVP for your partner if they are not planning to get on and do it themself. Enter everyone’s name in your household that will be attending on the RSVP page SEPARATELY

There will be a rehearsal dinner on Friday night. Snacks during cocktail hour and dinner as well as a late night snack will be provided on Saturday.

There is a Starbucks in the main lodge with a small food menu, as well as a brewery serving pizza onsite. The cities of portola and graeagle are a few minutes drive away with restaurant options. There are mini fridges and microwaves in all rooms as well.

There is a heated pool, fire pits, sand and grass volleyball, and a few golf holes.

Something to wear to the dress rehearsal Friday, something to wear during the day Saturday, as well as your outfit for the wedding. Outwear for night. Any snacks or food for the weekend. A bathing suit if you want to swim. Gold clubs if you want to golf. Anything else you normally bring on a weekend trip!

YES! It will be cold at night! And for some of you, it may be chilly during the day or evening. Please prepare for this accordingly. There are fire pits, and we will have heaters, but please bring warm clothes to put over your wedding attire/ change into.
