Please arrive at the venue no later 4:45pm.

-4:30pm - 4:45pm: Arrival Time

- 5:00pm - 5:30pm: Ceremony

The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm.

-5:30pm - 6:30pm: Cocktail hour

-6:30pm - 10:30pm: Reception

-10:30pm - ??: After party @ Holiday Inn 1st floor Breakfast Room

The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off outside of the Holiday Inn. The Home2Suites is located across the parking lot.

-The first shuttle will depart at 4:15pm (or earlier if full)

-Shuttle will continue to make rounds

-Final shuttle will depart at 4:40pm

The shuttle will also be available after the reception to take guests back to the hotels.

The shuttle will be available beginning at 9:30pm through the end of the reception. No one will be left behind!

Note: the venue is approximately 2 miles from the hotels

If you are not taking the shuttle, the venue has a large parking lot free of charge.

Formal Attire

Dresses and gowns, suits and ties.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside so don't forget to bring sunglasses!

Short Rib: 14 hour slow cooked braised beef short ribs topped with red wine caramelized onions

Miso Marinated Salmon Filet: Chili & miso glazed salmon with asian black plum puree and wonton crisp

Chicken Bruschetta: Herb & parmesan crusted chicken breast, tomato basil, topped with balsamic glaze

Vegetarian Lasagna: Layered zucchini with 4 cheese, carrots, spinach, broccoli, onions, finished with red pepper and asparagus garnish and basil marinara
