Our Story

Crystal: I met Chris at a birthday party. I walked into the hall and there he was. At 6’5 he literally stood out from everyone. The first thing I noticed about Chris was his smile. Also his suit. Suit game was proper. But his smile had me weak. There was something so pure and genuine about it. It made me smile just watching him.Within a minute of laying eyes on Chris, I was already imagining our first kiss. I walked over to him and placed my hand on his lower back. He turned around and looked down at me. This surge of butterflies hit me as soon as we locked eyes. I mentioned for him to bend down as the music was pretty loud. I stepped into his personal space, placed my right hand on his chest and told him I loved his suit. Still bending down he turned to face me. We stared into eachothers eyes for what seemed like hours and he said - Thank you. I wore it just for you. We were inseparable for the rest of the night. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much. Two days later, he took me dancing. Within a week of meeting Chris I knew he was my person. They always say you’ll just know and I did.

Christopher: I’ve always been a sucker for dimples. When I turned around and first laid eyes on Crystal, it felt like time stopped. She looked up at me and smiled. The dimples were so deep. My mind kind of went blank so thankfully she mentioned for me to bend down. As I got closer I could smell her perfume. I’m still not sure how I was able to keep my cool when she stepped into me. She liked my suit. I managed to actually give a cool response. But all I could think about was figuring out how I was going to make sure that I was the only man that would make her smile so deeply ever again. I didn’t leave her side for the rest of the night. Her energy was so captivating and inviting. We were in sync and it was obvious to everyone else in the room. On the phone the next day while confirming our date she made a Kings of Comedy reference, which is one of my favorite movies. That night I dreamt about her smile as she walked down the aisle to me at our wedding.
