Brent and I met through mutual friends while attending the University of Dayton, and we immediately bonded because of of our interest in Economics. Brent asked me to get coffee and shortly after meeting for coffee I liked him enough to ask for help in my honors economics course. I remember meeting some of Brent's friends from high school who came to visit UD, early on when we first started dating and I know he was looking for their approval - let's just say I earned it when I brought them all tylenol the next day. Brent quickly won me over with taking me to the Pine Club and being supportive of the Royals in the playoffs (even though he is a White Sox fan!) I knew I wanted to marry Brent very early on because he's always supported my dreams, loved me unconditionally and been my biggest cheerleader. In the 4+ years we’ve been together, we’ve traveled the country checking off some of our bucket list items including the Grand Canyon and Niagara Falls, but still have a lot to see and explore. We’ve both finished our undergraduate degrees and started our careers and are looking forward to buying our first home together as well as completing my MBA.

College Sweethearts

Brent proposed to me in front of The Chapel of the Immaculate Conception at the University of Dayton, where we&nbsp;both attended college on November 18, 2017. Brent made it seem like a very normal day; we went to brunch at Butter Cafe (one of our favorites) and since it was a rare warm fall day in Ohio decided to walk around UD. Little did I know Brent was stalling until my parents arrived. He finally said, "Let's go walk to the chapel" and the whole time I'm thinking - "but we're so far from the car because we parked near the bookstore". I was oblivious to the fact my parents and sister and Brent's parents were waiting in St. Joseph's hall which has a view of the front of the chapel. Brent suddenly stopped got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I&nbsp;was so shocked and surprised all I could get out was "What?! OMG Sure!” and vigorously shook my head yes. Once Brent placed the ring on my finger I was surprised with my parents and sister and Brent's parents there to celebrate with us right away. Also special shoutout to Zoe who took pictures of the proposal.

Shuttles will be provided from the hotel to the reception and back. Please be sure to sign up for a time slot with the front desk upon check in, as the shuttle needs to be filled for it to run continuously.

Skydeck & The Ledge Tickets at Willis Tower

What sprung from the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition now stands as Chicago's Field Museum. Its neo-Classical buildings are stocked with more than 25 million artifacts—some up to 4.6 billion years old. This vast collection of fascinating relics exhilarates history buffs and curious novices alike.
The museum's main attraction is Sue, the world's largest, best-preserved, and most complete T. rex ever discovered. Purchased for more than 8 million dollars in 1997, the remarkable fossil stands 13 feet (4 m) tall and 42 feet (13 m) long. The Field Museum

Spend the day lingering over one of the finest collections of art in the world at The Art Institute of Chicago.
