Our love story is one filled with laughter, joy, and a deep connection that started almost instantly. It all began on a unusual holiday "Halloween" when we decided to go on our first date. Which we laughed and talked about any and everything not knowing that this would be my last first date ;)

Shortly after our first date we communicated more, literally all day everyday, we could never run out of things to talk about, that just opened the door for more dates and trips and constantly wanting to be in each others presence. Fast forward to June 8th just in case you were wondering why there's two dates well... That's the dynamic of our relationship. That's the day when Terry asked me to be his girlfriend, boo thang etc.. other words no more dating lets go to the next level and without a doubt in my mind I said ABSOLUTELY!! sidenote I already thought he was my boyfriend way before he asked me, a couple months before to be exact LOL...

Exploring new places, trying new recipes, cooking together, cuddling up on the couch, watching movies/ football is our absolute favorite thing to do on Sundays. Relaxing and listening to music is also one of our favorite things to do.

We faced challenges along the way, but our love only grew stronger with each obstacle we overcame. We leaned on each other for support, never losing faith in the bond we had created. Through thick and thin, we stood by each other's side, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.... We have the best of both worlds a best friend and a lover all in one. He still gives me butterflies 5 years later........As I look back on our love story, I am filled with gratitude for the moments we have shared, the memories we have made, and the love we share. I know that no matter what life throws our way, as long as we are together, we can weather any storm.

Fast Forward to the proposal... on Friday May 24th my boyfriend/boo at the time had planned a surprise party for his dad. Little did I know me and his dad would be surprised by the end of the night. The proposal took me by surprise as nosey as I am. I had no clue a proposal was on its way. When he got on the mic and asked the DJ to play a song by Jac Ross titled "Angel of Mine", I knew what was coming next, after he told me how much he loved me and not just me but how much he loved "US" he ended his speech with...I'm tired of being your boyfriend!!!! As the tears was flowing I said YESSSSSS!!! That was the easiest yes I ever said.

As we look back on our story, we are grateful for the memories we have created and btw Terry hates pictures so getting him to take pictures was hard at times, but guess what I kept snapping...... Our love story is a reminder of the importance of finding someone who understands and supports you unconditionally, someone who brings out the best in you and encourages you to be your authentic self, a testament to the beauty of love and the power it has. It's a story of two souls coming together in a bond that is unbreakable, a love that endures through the trials and tribulations of life. Our love story is a journey of growth, happiness, and most importantly, love.
