A coach bus will be present for transportation pick up at Holiday Inn Express by Hamilton place Starting at 2:30pm if you wish to not fight Chattanooga traffic, or simply would like to enjoy a beverage or two at the ceremony and not have to worry about driving home. It will be available through THE WHOLE celebration! We care about each and every one of you and want to make sure you are safe! The last shuttle leaves the venue at 10:30 pm.

We have reserved a bunch of rooms, but you may pick what works best for your family. In order to book your rooms, you must call the hotel directly at (423) 899-3311 and speak with Jimmy or Sam and tell them you are booking under "Crystal Hepler" that will get you the proper rate! Rooms MUST be booked by June 20th! Pets are welcome for $30 a night! And if you wish to stay an extra night after the wedding room rate, it will be $69! THERE IS NO FEE TO BOOK, but a card is required to hold your room until the day we arrive!
