WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We would love to see all of our loved ones dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies can wear a nice dress while gentleman can wear a suit or dress shirts and pants. Please note the ceremony will be located outside, so dress accordingly!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If your partner / "plus one" is invited, their name will be listed on your wedding invitation and appear when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

CAN I BRING MY LITTLE ONES?

Although we adore the kiddos, we have decided to make our wedding an adults event only. The only exception are those in our Wedding Party. We encourage parents to use this night as a fun date night!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please aim to arrive 15-20 prior to the ceremony start time to ensure we can begin on time!

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ON OUR PHONES?

We respectfully ask that all guests keep their phones and cameras away for the ceremony portion of the night. We invite all of our guests to be fully present with us during the intimate time we begin our life together. We have hired a great photography team to capture the ceremony, and we cannot wait to share those photos with you! Please take all the photos and videos you would like during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. The Bride and Groom would LOVE for you to share these photos with them!

PARKING AND SHUTTLES

Parking is available at the venue. You can leave your car overnight if needed. There will be alcohol served at the Reception, and we do not want anyone on the roads after consuming any drinks. Uber is always a great option to be safe! Also, for our guests who decide to book a room at the Seaview Hotel, there will be shuttle services running to and from the venue for the wedding day. We highly recommend taking advantage of this option!

WILL THE WEDDING BE INSIDE?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, on the pergola patio of the property. Cocktail hour will be presented outdoors on the covered patio, with games and drinks readily available. The reception will take place indoors, in the ballroom.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

OF COURSE! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly and get ready to celebrate! Dancing is a requirement at this wedding. Please drink responsibly, and DO NOT drive if you have consumed any alcohol! We want everyone we love to be safe.

WHAT ARE THE DINNER OPTIONS?

There will be three options to choice from for dinner. They will be listed on your wedding invitation and we kindly ask for you mark your choice before mailing back the RSVP card. The three choices are listed below. Chicken Saltimbocca - Chicken breast with fresh sage and prosciutto topped with sautéed spinach, provolone cheese, and finished with a marsala demi glaze butter Mediterranean Sea Bass - Potato encrusted Chilean sea bass finished off with a champagne cream sauce Roasted Top Sirloin - Peppercorn crusted top sirloin seared and drizzled with a roasted garlic au jus A vegetarian option will also be available upon request. Make sure to ask your servers for this option!

HOW DO I RSVP?

To RSVP, you can mail back the card that came with your formal invitation. We ask that you kindly RSVP by the 22nd of October. Please RSVP even if you are unable to make it.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP BY THE DEADLINE?

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our specified deadline, the 22nd of October, you will be marked as “not attending”. The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner. We hope you understand and we will miss you celebrating with us!
