What is the Dress Code?
ALL BLACK ATTIRE: Our wedding will be an elegant affair, and we ask that all guests come dressed in all BLACK formal attire. For men, this typically means wearing a BLACK suit or dress pants with a dress shirt and tie (white or black shirt underneath is fine). Women can opt for BLACK gowns, cocktail dresses, a stylish pantsuit, or a skirt with a blouse. Avoid wearing denim or jeans, shorts, casual tops, sneakers, etc.
What day should I arrive to Camarillo?
We highly recommend our guests arrive and check in at their hotels on Friday, March 7, 2024. This will ensure you have plenty of time to settle in and avoid delays on the wedding day.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. We suggest bringing a light sweater and to wear comfortable shoes.
What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?
Please arrive by 3:30 pm to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm.
Is it okay to take photo/video during the ceremony?
Unplugged ceremony: Please join us in being fully present during our ceremony by turning off your devices. Our professional photographer and videographer will capture all the special moments.
Will there be a reception following the ceremony?
Yes, the reception will immediately follow the ceremony and cocktail hour at the Spanish Hills Camara Ballroom. There will be food, drinks, and lots of dancing, so get ready to have fun!
How do I RSVP for the wedding?
You can RSVP on the Home Page or you can go to the RSVP tab on the top right of the Wedding Website. Enter your full name (first and last). If you’re responding for you and a guest listed on the invitation, you’ll be able to RSVP for your entire group.
Can we Bring Our Children to the Wedding?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope you understand and can join us for a night of celebration.
Can I bring a plus one?
To keep our celebration intimate, we are inviting only those listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
Is parking avaible at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking at the venue.
Are there Transportation Arrangements for the Wedding?
While no specific shuttle arrangements are provided, we recommend that all out-of-town guests either fly, drive, arrange for rental vehicles or use rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please inform us if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies by January 10, 2025. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
