On September 6th Brett messaged me on Facebook messenger in his exact words, "Hey Hey Good Evening, I noticed we had mutual friends and that were suggested friends! Also, that you are extremely gorgeous as well as single! I'm wondering if you'd like to grab some drinks and food sometime?" I mean come on who could say no to him? apparently, I didn't. We text that night for awhile then the next day talked on the phone for 8 hours. If anyone can carry on a conversation with me for 8 hours is a keeper and deserves that date.

We met that Saturday for drinks and lunch at Publico in downtown Columbia and my oldest son was our bartender. We had a great time watching the gamecocks play football, talking, laughing, and me watching him get along so well with my son made me want to know more about him, we hung out again on Sunday and spent the day together and truthfully after that first date we have been inseparable.
