Where should we fly in to?
Flying into Casper/Natrona County Airport is your best bet! It is about 10-15 minutes from hotels, Airbnb's, and downtown Casper! It is 30 minutes from the wedding venue!
If flights to Casper are too pricy (which sometimes they can be), flying into Denver International Airport is another option! DIA is about 4 hours from the wedding venue!
What do I do for transportation to and from the venue?
There are some car rental options listed in this website from either the Casper Airport or from the Denver Airport. Turo is another great resource for car rentals!
When should we be at the venue?
The ceremony starts at 6pm on June 1st. Please arrive before 5:45! There is plenty of parking at the venue!
We will also be doing some worship and prayer on Sunday morning, and we would love for you to join us at 11:00am. Between the end of worship and the beginning of the ceremony, there are plenty of things to do such as going to Alcova lake, hiking, or fishing!
Where should we stay?
There are some great hotel options in Casper that are in a convenient location, including the Hilton Garden Inn and the Residence Inn Marriott.
There are some Airbnb options available in Casper as well, and some guests are camping at Alcova Lake!
How long should I stay?
We would LOVE for you to be there Sunday for worship and for the ceremony, but besides that, if you want to come a few days early, or leave a few days after, there are lots of things to explore in Casper!
Some guests are choosing to check out Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park while they are in Wyoming! It is about a 4 hour drive and makes for a beautiful road trip!
What clothes should we pack?
Bring clothes to be outside in! Weather in Wyoming can be unpredictable, so bring some layers & maybe a rain jacket, just in case!
Of course, bring some clothes for the Big Day! Girls can wear bright, solid color dresses, and boys can wear white button ups with khaki pants!
Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony is outdoors! The Reception will be both inside and outside!
