We have coordinated for a shuttle to take our guests to and from Hyatt Place in Cranberry and The Chadwick in Wexford. The shuttle will depart Hyatt Place at 3:10 and 3:50 PM. The shuttle will depart The Chadwick at 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 10:30 PM. Earlier shuttle trips to Hyatt Place can be arranged.

Guests can begin to arrive at 4:00. The ceremony has a firm 4:30 start time, so we ask that all guests have arrived and be seated by then.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately we have a firm guest count and are unable to accommodate additional seats not offered on your invite.

Cocktail formal is the category of attire for this event. We're happy to have you there in whatever attire makes you comfortable, but we expect most of our guests will enjoy the opportunity to wear a nice suit or dress.

There will be parking available on site

Our ceremony will be conducted outdoors under a covered pavilion. The cocktail hour to follow will allow guests to relax indoors in the lounge area or outdoors under the covered pavilion. The reception will take place entirely inside.

The wedding party will depart for an hour to take photos. Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres until the reception begins at 6:00.

Guests will be able to choose an entrée from: Filet Mignon, Asiago Chicken, and Filet of Salmon. You'll be able to select your meal and notify us of any dietary restrictions on the RSVP form.

We'd like to ask that everyone be conscious of the wedding photographer and videographer, as they will be capturing our ceremony and reception. Please feel free to snap any photos or videos you'd like, but please be mindful of the professional photographers and please avoid standing in the aisle or entryway during the ceremony or wedding party arrival.
