Q + A

Are kids allowed at our wedding?

Yes, kids are allowed!!! We do plan on having a kids table/area with activities for them to do throughout the event. We do ask that you RSVP for your kids as well, so we know just how many will be here. We do not want any kids left out of the activities offered.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, you must RSVP on time as we need to give our vendors a head count. If you do not RSVP please bring a chair and a sandwich as you will not be feed by us.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Yes, plus ones are allowed but please rsvp for them as well. We do ask that your plus on is a partner and not bring a random friend to our wedding as you will be responsible for them and asked to leave if they are out of control. If you need more than one plus one due to kids or I am forgetting a family member on the list, please message me at (502)310-6014 and I will gladly add them. I tried to list and add everyone I could, but this is a lot to remember!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will be having an open bar. However, we do ask you drink responsibly. Bartending staff has been asked to cut people off if they believe they are too intoxicated and you will be escorted out if you or your partner get out of hand.

What do I wear to the wedding?

We are having a semi-formal wedding. No one loves comfortable clothes more than us but we do ask that some effort is put into your outfit and no jeans. Dress up, put your makeup on and get ready for a night of fun and confidence with your look!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4:30. So, we ask that you have arrived and are seated at least 10 minutes before that.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that all phones and camera be put away during the ceremony so our photographers are able to get plenty of beautiful photos without photo-bombers in them.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

The ceremony and reception are both indoors. However, cocktail hour will be outside as long as weather permits.

Who do I contact if I still have questions?

Please contact me at (502)310-6014. I will try to get back with you in a timely manner, however if I do not answer you within 48 hours please message me again as I do sometimes read while I am busy/working and forget to respond.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

If you are late, you are more than welcome to wait outside of the venue until the ceremony is over. There are couches and other outdoor setting options that are more than accommodating until cocktail hour begins.
