What date should I RSVP by?
October 15th, 2025
Are plus-ones and children allowed?
We kindly ask that RSVPs be limited to those specifically invited, as we’ve carefully planned for our guest list. However, if we’ve accidentally missed a close family member, please let us know so we can make any necessary adjustments.
Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors on the back deck, weather permitting, with the reception to follow indoors
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
A wheelchair lift is available at the front entrance for guests who may need assistance.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a room block at Marriot Courtyard in Bellevue. Please book your stay by October 15th, 2025 to guarantee a room in our block. To book online use the link under Hotel Room Blocks or mention the Kalin Groves wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
If you book with Marriot Courtyard in Bellevue. The shuttle service will end at 10:35pm.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We’ll have meal options available for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies. You’ll be able to indicate any special requirements during the RSVP process.
