Cynthia and Israel were both born in California, Cynthia was born in Santa Ana, CA and Israel was born in Reseda, CA. Luckily their families decided to relocate to North Carolina, talk about the invisible string theory!

Cynthia and Israel are high school sweet hearts.

Israel has started a pokémon card collection.... Update the bride has also started her own pokémon card collection.

Cynthia and Israel went to Niagara Falls, NY and Canada in August of 2023 and they absolutely loved it!

The bride and grooms wedding hashtag is #AcunaMatata because Israel's last name is Acuna and Cynthia's last name is Matamoros so Cynthia immediately came up with #AcunaMatata as in Hakuna Matata, which means no trouble or no worries and take it easy.
