On April 2nd, Dylan wanted to ask Cynthia to officially date while viewing the cherry blossoms in DC. However, the weather was just too cold and all he wanted to do was go home. And so, he waited until after seeing the cherry blossoms, while they were back in Cynthia's apartment at College Park, to ask her to be exclusive.

Dylan....Unless he pisses Cynthia off and she's completely ignored his presence.

Not knowing where to go and what to do after walking around Lake Artemesia so we grabbed a party pack from Taco Bell and ate in the car in the parking garage (Mowatt Lane Parking Garage).
