Ed and Shu Yi met online 6 months prior via their love for video games. Ed comes to NYC to visit Shu Yi for the first time at the end of a snow storm.

Shu Yi visits Boston for the first time and falls in love with New England clam chowder. Ed shows her that the land of Red Sox and Patriots isn't that bad after all (despite Shu Yi being a Yankees and Giants fan).

Ed makes the long distance drive from Boston to NYC every other Friday for an entire year to see Shu Yi and Kiko. At the end of the year, Ed moves to NYC permanently.

Shu Yi, Ed, and Kiko say goodbye to the Big Apple and move to New Haven, Connecticut for her new position at Yale.

Shu Yi graduates with her Master's in Education from Harvard and they buy a house by the beach in West Haven, CT.

Ed proposes to Shu Yi in the Bahamas on the Disney Wish cruise!
