The wedding and reception will be planned to be indoors, if it ends up being a warm sunny day the ceremony may move to outdoors to take advantage of the sunlight and up north woods!

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be able to accommodate children. Use this as a nice excuse for a parents only trip.

The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail/SemiFormal. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Our venue prohibits blue jeans, khakis, or sneakers.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

We have a block of rooms in nearby towns Baxter (Holiday Inn) and Pequot Lakes (AmericInn). There are also room options available at the venue. Please see the travel page for hotel details and booking information. If you choose not to stay at the hotels with room blocks, the are other excellent hotel options including Grand View Lodge, Breezy Point Resort, and several other hotels in the Nisswa and Brainerd/Baxter area. There are also houses available through VRBO or AirBnB that can accommodate larger groups.
