Starters:
Goats Cheese Mousse, candied beetroot, walnut crumb, herb oil (V)
Pressed Ham Hough, pickles, grain mustard, sour dough
Slow Roast Tomato Soup, balsamic, basil (V)
Kids- Melon and Scottish Berries
Main Course:
Braised Scottish Beef Cheeks, honey glazed root vegetables, truffle creamed potatoes
Roast Chicken Ballotine stuffed with haggis, wild mushroom and peppercorn sauce
Butter Roasted Potato gnocchi, squash, sage and mustard sauce (V)
Kids- Panko Breaded Chicken Goujons, potatoes and vegetables
Desserts
Chocolate Orange, delice: chocolate ganache, orange jelly, chocolate sponge, chocolate orange ice cream
Cranachan: Raspberry pana cotta, honey whipped ganache, raspberry cremeaux, fresh raspberries
