Like many modern beginnings, ours started with a message and a shared curiosity about where it could lead. Both only 19 and willing to take a chance, we met for our first date in Downtown Riverside—somewhere between Gil’s home in Banning and Daisy’s in Irvine. That day was filled with hours of conversation and laughter that felt effortless.

From that point on, we found ourselves making the drive—back and forth between Irvine and Banning—just to spend time together. Along the way, we bonded over our shared love of coffee, fitness, and discovering great places to eat. With every visit, every conversation, and every mile between us, something real and lasting was growing.

Then, on a beautiful fall day in Lake Arrowhead, surrounded by golden leaves and mountain air, Gil completely surprised Daisy with a proposal that was absolutely unforgettable.

Now, as we approach 23, we're preparing for our wedding day. We’re not only looking forward to a lifetime together—we’re most excited to become one in Christ. It’s our greatest joy to begin this new chapter with Him at the center, surrounded by the love and support of our family and friends.
