On a summer night in 2019, we met after Jay yelled at me through the car window from a drive thru at Taco Bell lol... Jay and his friend parked and he came and sat by my friends and I at our outside table to talk to me. Knowing Jay as well as I do now, it is quite shocking that he did that due to how shy he is around strangers! He asked for my snapchat that night, and tried to snapchat me a few times, but I actually ignored him for a while lol. He was very persistent, and I finally snapped him back one day while he was in Guatemala on a mission trip. We texted every day after that for the next week, and when he got back from Guatemala we finally got a chance to hangout. The first time we hung out was the day after I had my tonsils removed and I was laid up in the bed looking rough... Jay continuously insisted I looked beautiful, and we instantly had a connection. Their was a spark from day one, we just instantly meshed.

We started hanging out almost every day, and fell in love very quickly. We both realized very early that this was something different than we had ever felt before. To my surprise, Jay proposed to me at The Lodge at Guntersville Lake on December 21st with our family and friends there. We are so excited about this next step in our lives, and the opportunity to grow with God and each other. We are also so blessed that you all can can be a part of our very special day!
