Important Things to Know 

There is a parking lot on site at Arterra. However, to accommodate our vendors, please carpool whenever possible! If you are unable to drive home safely, please Uber and pick up your car the next morning. There is a wedding scheduled on Saturday 10/1, so please make sure you retrieve your car by 11 AM.

Lawrence is about a 1 hour drive from Kansas City International Airport (MCI). There are some shuttle options, as well as Uber, but it is much easier to rent a car at the airport and return it upon your return flight. See flykci.com for more info. We have so many friends coming from out of town, so I'd also suggest connecting with one another and sharing a rental car if possible! If you're unfamiliar with the Lawrence area, we highly recommend accommodations close to the downtown Massachusetts St area. The Eldridge Hotel is beautiful and historic, although a little pricey. The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lawrence Downtown is also a great option, one street off of Massachusetts St, and connected to the local Arts Center. The Quality Inn at 23rd and Iowa is the closest hotel to the venue (Arterra Event Gallery 2161 Quail Creek Dr, Lawrence, KS 66047). Check out Airbnbs as well.

Travel
