Dakota and Kevin met during some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Dakota suspended her collegiate education progress to work and support her family through COVID lockdowns, and Kevin had been traveling all over the United States balancing a full-time civilian career and Army Reserve career.

In December of 2021, Kevin received a single phone call from Fort Knox notifying him of an opportunity to switch to active duty for the Army Reserves.

By March of 2022, Dakota and Kevin had found each other, and Dakota began sharing all of the Kentucky culture she could to help Kevin adjust to being far from home.

On July 3rd, 2023, Kevin and Dakota married at the Hall of Justice in downtown Louisville, and since then have spent the last year going back to church at St. Michaels.

They're excited to share their Catholic Nuptial ceremony with you.

Their adventures together have taken them throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida with many more to come.
