Five years ago, our paths crossed in the bustling hallways of our high school, setting the stage for a romance that would change our lives forever. I was a nervous freshman, navigating the maze of lockers and new classes, while he was a confident junior, effortlessly charming everyone around him. Our first encounter was orchestrated by friends. A mutual friend had invited me to a gathering, and there he was, laughing and glowing with that unmistakable warmth that drew me in. As our eyes met, time seemed to slow. I remember feeling a flutter in my chest, a mix of excitement and shyness. We bonded over shared interests and late-night conversations, our connection deepening with every laugh and stolen glance. What started as a simple introduction blossomed into a beautiful friendship, filled with inside jokes and endless support. Through the years, we navigated the ups and downs of high school together, always finding our way back to each other. As we grew side by side, our friendship transformed into something more profound—a love that felt like home. Looking back on that day, I realize how lucky I am. From a chance meeting among friends to a love that has stood the test of time, our journey has been nothing short of magical. Here’s to the next chapter of our story, filled with even more love and adventure. - Dakotah Dakotah and I met by chance, an accidental encounter orchestrated by a mutual friend. Our paths crossed briefly at a music contest, a fleeting moment that neither of us anticipated would lead to anything more. Yet, fate had other plans. A few months later, we reconnected, our conversation reigniting a spark that had been hidden beneath the surface. Our first date was a pivotal moment, a turning point that would forever alter the course of my life. As we shared stories, laughter, and dreams, a deep connection began to form. It was a bond that neither of us could have foreseen, a strength that surprised us both. Throughout the years, we faced challenges together, weathered storms, and emerged stronger than ever. Through it all, we remained true to ourselves and to our love. Our journey has been one of growth, understanding, and unwavering commitment. I became good friends with Dakotah our first year of college. We were in the same speech class. Good thing I took that class. Now I know how to do a speech for this wedding. We bonded in class and soon learned we lived in the same hall just a floor apart. Throughout our first year we spent most nights together. We would go to dinner together, go to dinner together, do homework, watch movies, play "just dance", and then usually go for a late night (8pm) run for a sweet treat. Over the last couple years we have grown together. Now we live together and it's like a sleepover everyday. 
Chris and I didn't meet for a year, but I already felt like I knew him (Dakotah talked about him a lot). When we finally did meet I knew we were gonna be homies. And we are, he loves my dogs. I can't wait to celebrate DK and Christopher Robin.

I met Chris in middle school when our orchestra teacher at the time, Mr. Kimbal saw us both sitting alone during lunch at orchestra camp. We were very similar and had the same interests, so we hit it off right away. We have remained best friends ever since.

When I met Dakotah I was 10 years old. I moved away from the house I’ve lived in my whole life, changing schools and leaving friends behind. I happened to move next door to someone who would later become one of my best friends. At first I was very shy, riding my bike around her house and waiting for her to talk to me. After many failed attempts I decided to go talk to her, asked her name, and we hit it off instantly. Me and Dakotah were inseparable for years and spent everyday at each other houses. Whether that was just scrolling social media, sleeping over, or just relaxing with some movies.

I met Chris all the way back in Elementary school, 1st grade to be exact. We got close by taking Martial Art classes together and hanging out on the weekends terrorizing his parents. Chris became like a brother to me and throughout Middle/High school. We took several classes together but my favorite was Orchestra by far. WE got into our fair share of shenanigans and mischief, usually his idea though...

Dakotah and I met through our mutual friend, Ella. They both had speech together, and quickly became friends. As Ella's roommate I started seeing Dakotah a lot and our dorm in Binnewies quickly because the hangout spot. Now Dakotah is also my roommate and I can't imagine living with anyone else!

Chris and I met at Kesslers three years ago. I was a new employee and he was a veteran of the group. I was very shy and never talked to people very often. Chris and I first interacted when I was struggling with the job. He helped me become more comfortable with the job and helped fixed any problems along the way. After countless morning and night shifts, we started to interact more. When the days were tough and stressful, we both found ways to have fun and make the most out of our days. Now we both have different jobs but, we always find time to hang out. No matter what we do now we strive to make each other better people. We have many memories made in the last three years and I am very grateful for them.
