Dalley and Bradley first met in August 2016 when she joined the rambunctious CCHS junior class. Despite the class being a mere 30 kids, Dalley and Bradley were in totally different worlds. Dalley was a rodeo queen, Bradley was a quarterback queen, and their paths only really crossed when they shared classes. Their relationship grew to pleasant acquaintances as they shared jokes in class and were invited to the same gatherings with their classmates. They truly became friends towards the end of their senior year of high school when Dalley admitted, "I'm sorry I didn't really like you at first, but you are a pretty cool guy."

That final summer before they went separate ways for college and new adventures, there were many nights spent at Lake Henry or some classmates' backyards where they built long-lasting memories, and their friendship grew to new heights.

Over the next few years, the two kept in touch and would often share what they were going through. Whether it was a crazy college party, a new relationship, or heartbreak, they continued to stay involved in each other's lives. They would give each other unsolicited advice or allow the other person to vent. Every time Dalley would return to Colorado from west Texas, she would make it a point to join in with Bradley and his buddies in the garage. She snuck her way into being one of Bradley's closest friends, and he soon realized how much he appreciated having her around.

Bradley finally made his way down to Canyon, TX, to visit his friend Dalley during her senior year of college, spent a weekend with Dalley in her element, and knew he wanted her around for the long haul. He didn't quite realize the capacity of the relationship until after helping Dalley through a really tough breakup. She was at a real low, and he wanted to help her like she had helped him numerous times before. After a lot of late-night talks and Dalley's move back to Colorado, it became clear that there was something undeniable between them.

They started to spend a lot of time together, hanging out, talking, and doing fun things together. This friendship continued to grow stronger and stronger, and finally, one night in February 2022, Bradley asked Dalley to be his girlfriend. She instantly agreed, and the fun times together multiplied. Ten months later, after lots of date nights, movie nights, and nights spent with friends, Bradley realized he wanted Dalley to be his future wife.

Dalley's family had their annual trip to the NFR in Las Vegas coming up and made sure that Bradley would be there by purchasing him a plane ticket to spend a weekend with her family. Bradley saw this as a great opportunity to ask Dalley to marry him with all of her closest loved ones around. He got the blessing from her dad, involved her brother in the big proposal plans, bought a ring, and just had to muster up the courage to get down on one knee in front of a big crowd of strangers at the Bellagio Hotel Christmas display. Well, let's just say that the proposal went as planned.
