Please RSVP as soon as possible! We would greatly appreciate your RSVP for a full guest count by May 10, 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by May 10, 2025, we will assume you are unable to attend. Thank you!

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! We encourage guests to dress in their best cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please no jeans/denim!

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM sharp! Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure time for parking and finding a seat.

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those explicitly listed on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding on this matter!

We love your little ones! However, we are limited on space and can only accommodate children formally invited on your wedding invitation or under your name when you RSVP.

While the reception will be held indoors, please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. We recommend considering the weather and dressing accordingly!

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which will be shared with you. Once the ceremony ends, please take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue and Lynchburg area that you may book with. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book!

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
