The wedding is located at Echo Mountain Ski Resort at 19285 CO-103, Idaho Springs, CO 80452.

The ceremony begins at 4:45, so please arrive by 4:30-4:40. When you arrive to the ceremony spot, choose any side to sit as this is the day that the Baldwin and Olivers become family.

You are more than welcome to drive to and from the wedding venue as it has a large parking lot. However, we have a shuttle that is picking up guests at the Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway to bring guests from the hotel to the wedding venue. Please keep in mind that we only have one shuttle bus with a 55-person capacity that is leaving at 4:05pm. However, we will have multiple trips of the shuttle bus that can bring you down the mountain and can leave your car for the night, if necessary. You are also able to Lyft or Uber on the way to the wedding and plan to take the shuttle back down. If you do this option, it is important to know that Uber and Lyft are not available for the way back down. Near the end of the night there will be a shuttle leaving at 10pm and one leaving at 11:15pm to return back to Comfort Suites Golden West, in which we have a hotel block at.

The dress code for our wedding is more on the semi-formal side, but we truly aren't picky and just want all of our guests to feel comfortable. Even though it is in late May, the ceremony is higher up in the mountains and it may get chilly. As the sun goes down the festivities will be inside, but you may want to bring a jacket, just in case. I would try to avoid pale yellow, as that is our bridesmaids color, but if you feel your best in yellow, that is okay too!

We love your kids so much, but unfortunately it will be a kid-free wedding! We are limiting it to the kids that are included in our wedding party. We are hoping that you take the night off and can let loose and party with us!

When sending out the save-the-dates and invitations we made sure to include all of your significant others! If your invitation didn't include a plus-one, please reach out if you think there was a mistake.

Please RSVP as soon as possible once you have received your official invitation. If you received a save-the-date, but haven't received your invitation by the end of February, please reach to either of us, as it may have gotten lost in the mail. If you haven't RSVP'd by the end of March, you will receive a text from this website to finish your RSVP through a link.

We have a hotel block at the Comfort Suites Golden West Evergreen located at 29300 US Hwy 40, Evergreen, CO 80439. To get a room at the discounted rate you must the call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for "Reservations". Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Baldwin-Oliver wedding group. You must book a room by April 22, 2025 to receive the discounted rate. Please keep in mind that check-in is at 3pm. If you are checking in on the day of our wedding and using the shuttle, the shuttle is leaving at 4pm, but that should leave you plenty of time! There are also many Air BnB's in the area and other hotels surrounding the area if you prefer a different location.

We will be having a barbecue buffet. There will be gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options.
