We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st. Please let us know if you can make it by visiting the 'RSVP' tab on the website.

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Canmore Ranch (104 Bow Valley Trail, Canmore, AB), weather permitting. In the event we cannot have an outdoor ceremony, it will be moved to the reception venue.

The reception will be held at the Cornerstone Theatre (125 Kananaskis Way, Canmore, AB). Doors will open at 5 PM for cocktail hour. Dinner, speeches, and dance to follow, with last call at 1:30 AM.

Yes! There are parking lots at both the ceremony and reception site, as well as street parking at the reception venue. However, we recommend carpooling if possible as space is limited, specifically at the reception venue.

We ask that guests dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Be comfortable, but please no jeans/sneakers/flip-flops.

While we get photos taken with our family & wedding party, we encourage you to take this time to explore all that Canmore has to offer. Check out one of the local breweries, walk around the downtown shops, or take some time to refresh at your hotel before we meet you at the reception venue for the evening! The ceremony & reception locations are both within the town of Canmore, and the reception venue is conveniently located within walking distance of several hotels. We will not have shuttle transportation on wedding day, so please plan to carpool, walk, or utilize one of the several taxi companies in Canmore. Due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate children in our immediate family & wedding party. We hope you will understand, and take the opportunity to make it a date night!

Due to the size of the venue, we respectfully ask that only those named on your invitation attend.

Your presence on our big day is the greatest gift we could ever ask for! However, should you wish to honour us with a gift we will have a card box available at the reception lobby & would gratefully accept a small contribution towards our honeymoon.
