We ask that everyone RSVP by January 1st 2024 (01/01/2024), so that we can plan accordingly. There will be an “RSVP” tab on our website to look up you or your parties invite.

Our wedding ceremony will promptly start at 1pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for parking and finding your seat.

With our dress code we ask that guests attend the event wearing all black semi formal/formal attire. More information will be listed under our “Dress Code” tab on our website. We can’t wait to dress up with you!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation as stated on the personalized wedding envelopes. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions!

All of the days events including the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors.

We are having a cellphone free ceremony as we have hired professionals to document our special day and would prefer it if phones weren’t in the background. However, feel free to take as many pictures or videos during cocktail hour and the reception. We will also have a complimentary photo-booth for guests to enjoy during the reception. If you post any photos make sure to tag #HaysSayIDo so we can enjoy them too!

Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, but should you wish to buy us something, we’d greatly appreciate a contribution towards our honeymoon through our cash fund under the registry tab on our website. There you will also see some links to other registries we have set up if that is something you prefer over the cash fund!

If you would like to bring a physical gift or card to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Parking is available on the premises of our venue along with plenty of street parking in surrounding areas of downtown Nevada city. However, we do recommend carpooling if possible.

We will have curated cocktails and water available during cocktail hour and the reception. As for food we will have charcuterie available during cocktail hour and a taco bar as the main course during the reception. (Vegan/vegetarian options will be available)

We will have special curated cocktails throughout the entire event free of charge until we reach our cap. Any beer or wine will be available for purchase through our venues bar. Please bring extra cash on you if you’d like to purchase anything outside of our curated menu.
