If you have been invited for the day, we would ask for you to arrive from 13:00 and be seated by 13:30. The ceremony will begin at 14:00.

If you have been invited to the evening reception, we would ask for you to arrive from 18:45.

The dress code for the wedding is Formal... dress to impress.

The colour scheme we have chosen is shades of blues.

Please note that even though the wedding is only a few days before Christmas, please do not dress for the festive season... save that for a few days later... please no Christmas jumpers. :)

Unfortunately, we are not able to invite plus-ones to the wedding.

As much as we would like to have children at the wedding, only children of close family members are being invited.

Yes. We have exclusive use of the hotel for the day and night of the wedding. If you would like to stay at this beautiful hotel, you can book via their website. There is a special booking code available to guests which will give you a discount on the room price.

Yes, there is plenty of free, onsite parking available for guests.

Oh yes - there are plenty of bars at the Hotel.

There is one specifically for the wedding reception which will be located in the Lancaster Suite.

However, there is also a bar within the Grand Hall, which is open to serve guests for as long as they require it.

All dietary requirements can be submitted to us via the R.S.V.P section of the website. We will then communicate these with the venue to ensure that every guest is fully catered for.

If guests are staying the night at the Woodlands Park Hotel, then we would love it for everyone to come together the morning after to share breakfast as a group.
