Our wedding ceremony will commence at 3:00 PM. We kindly request that you arrive between 2:30 and 2:50 PM to ensure ample time for seating.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photography service to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we would be sad if someone's phone or camera was blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel fee to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!
What if I do not RSVP by the deadline?
If we do not receive an RSVP by September 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". The reason for this being that we need to provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors within a timely manner.
Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride, such as whites, ivories, and creams.
Additionally, we kindly request avoiding bright neons or colors that may cause distraction.
To assist you in coordinating with our bridal party, who will be wearing terracotta colors, we suggest attire in hues such as blues, greens, black, yellows, and other complementary shades.
We appreciate your cooperation in choosing attire that celebrates our special day without overshadowing the bridal party.
How should I dress?
We kindly ask that you dress formal. Dress pants and button up shirts for men and appropriate dresses for women.
Can I bring a plus one/someone not on the invitation?
Our guest list has been carefully curated and we kindly ask that only those individuals listed on the invitation join us for our special day. If you have extenuating circumstances or any questions regarding bringing someone, please feel free to reach out to us at thepoultonwedding@gmail.com. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
