WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
To help us with our planning, please RSVP by July 31, 2025
WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Our Ceremony will take place outside. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors. The reception will be inside.
WHAT TO DO IF I AM LATE FOR THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:30 PM, with guests having the opportunity to arrive up to 30 minutes early for welcome drinks! If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests into the ceremony seating or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, hang tight, and we will see you at cocktail hour! Thank you for understanding!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes, Black-tie optional! This means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire such as an evening gown or tuxedo. Guests may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white or ivory.
CAN WE TAKE OUR OWN PICTURES AND VIDEOS THROUGHOUT THE DAY?
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken during this time. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception and cocktail hour. This is such a special day for us, and we have an incredible photography team documenting our entire day, giving you the opportunity to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding as an adults only event with the exception of a few immediate family members. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.
HOW DOES SEATING WORK?
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few rows. For the reception, please see the seating chart during cocktail hour.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE HOTELS AND VENUE?
Yes, there will be shuttle services available from the Trumbull Marriott Shelton listed in the travel section. These same shuttles will be available at the end of the night for the return trip to the hotels.
WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is complimentary parking available at our venue.
