There is a minimum 3 night stay when booking your reservation.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due no later than January 20th, 2024, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport transportation. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

Once you book your airfare please fill out the Flight Information/Special Request Form so transportation to/from the airport can be coordinated

1. Upon completion of the BOOKING REQUEST FORM I will manually create your reservation and apply your deposit. Please allow up to 5 BUSINESS days after completion of this form for Nicole to finalize your reservation.

2. You will receive the itinerary and invoice upon finalization of your reservation.

3. You can choose to make monthly payments or you can choose to pay the remainder of the reservation on the final payment date. If you choose to make monthly payments please reach out to Nicole at nicole@lizmooreweddings.com

4. 1 month prior to departure Nicole will send an email asking you to verify your flight information (even if you already gave this information please make sure to resend it so Nicole has the most up to date flight information).

5. 1-2 weeks prior to departure Nicole will send you an email with your itinerary and vital travel information.
