If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name as "Guest" when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVPing for yourself & your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation and noted on the website.

We have blocked rooms off at the Bella Vista Hotel & Suites (use Danelle and Michael Roberts) and the La Quinta (use code DM1) both are in Lynchburg. Although there are plenty of other hotels in the Lynchburg area. We included a few recommendations on the accommodations page. Lynchburg would be the most convenient place to stay but the bride lives in Roanoke and can recommend places there if you would like to stay in the Roanoke area.

Yes, we will have an open bar with wine and beer only. We want everyone to have a great time but you are in the country with some curvy roads so your safety is important to us as much as our ability to celebrate our special day.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to leave your car at the venue. Therefore, we will stop serving alcohol 45 minutes before the evening ends.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
