The ceremony will be held outside during mid-summer, but the rest will be inside the climate-controlled environment.

It's a 21 minute drive (13 miles), and we will be providing shuttle services to and from the hotel for our guests. We recommend booking a stay at the hotel because ride-share services like Uber can be scarce in the area.

Folks, we have perfect weather for the wedding forecast this week. It will be 85 degrees by day and 65 degrees by night. We will be outside for a 30 min ceremony so we suggest wearing sunscreen. Umbrellas are not necessary because if it rains, we will be having an indoor ceremony.

Simply put, the ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors in the AC.

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, so please consider taking the free bus from the Hyatt House Shelton, CT that we provide for our guests. This way everyone is on time and we can get the party started on schedule. Upon arrival you will be given glasses of champagne, water, and light snacks.

There is plenty of free parking on site when you pull into the venue, however, we are providing free transportation from the Hyatt House in Shelton, CT to the Waterview Venue. The bus will leave promptly at 4:30 PM from 830 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, CT.
