Ashley and I have known each other since we were tubby 8 year olds bouncing around a basketball court. From silly bike rides to awkward middle schoolers to high school parties to college summer roommates to NOW, Ashley has been a part of every major milestone, and I know she will continue to be. We have truly grown up alongside each other and she is the most grounded and supportive friend. Not to mention- she is extremely hard working and I am so proud of this future PA.
Bridget Farley - Maid of Honor
Bridget was one of my first friends in Nashville, and once we met each other, we became annoyingly inseparable. During my time there, we were attached at the hip and people got concerned if either of us showed up without the other. Bridget is the biggest hype-woman, best therapist, and greatest party planner. She is the type of friend where you can do everything together and nothing together and still have the best time. Not only is she my bestie, but she quickly became Ryan’s too, and we LOVE when she visits us in FL.
Sabrina Ng - Bridesmaid
Sab is my built in bestie and my bloodline (cousin). We share a lifetime full of memories and I know that will never end. With 27 years of family holidays under our belt, you can be sure that either me or Sabrina will make a scene at any fam gathering. We always joked that God made us cousins because the world couldn’t handle us as sisters. Even though she lives across the country, she will always pick up the phone and entertain my random banters.
Jess Webb - Bridesmaid
Jess is one of the most loyal and genuine friends that I have ever known. We met in Nashville where Jess was my preceptor in the Medical ICU. Not only is she insanely smart, but she is also insanely silly and we hit it off instantly-night shift nursing cultivates a different level of bonding. I remember we used to try to match up our schedules and would always switch assignments with people so that we could end up on the same hall. We have kept close contact ever since I moved to Florida and I love catching up and walking around Radnor together when I visit Nash.
Kaleigh Ridgley - Bridesmaid
Kaleigh freaking Ridgley is truly one of a kind. The phrase “never a dull moment,” couldn’t not hold more true when it comes to Kaleigh. I also met Kaleigh in Nashville while working at Vanderbilt. She is the funniest, loudest, silliest and best human. If there is something fun going on, you can bet all of your money that Kaleigh will be there. So many of my Nashville memories have Kaleigh in it because she was always quick to remind me that hangovers are temporary, but memories last FOREVER (hahaha). She truly helped me fully embrace my mid-twenties and I am so thankful for that and many other things.
Jordan Story - Bridesmaid
Jordan and I met through our sorority at the University of Florida. We were roomies for two years- we shared a 4 bedroom apartment with 6 girls, and then we shared 1 bedroom and a bunk bed together in the ADPi house… To say we were closer than most is an understatement. We used to open our door at 8 a.m and blast music throughout the whole sorority house to get everyone excited for game day tailgates. We also lived in Nashville together after college. You could always find Jordan and I on a rooftop in the city or at a little Mexican restaurant sipping margs and eating salsa.
Serena Carton - Bridesmaid
Serena JAFFE!!!! My future sister :’) I’ve known Serena since I was a twerpy freshman in high school, where her and my brother met and started dating… and now they’re getting MARRIED!! She is the sister I always wanted and she has been part of our family now for over ten years. Serena is the kindest soul with the most artistic hand. We always have so much fun on family vacations and she is always there for me when I need her. I am so excited for her and my brother and I cant wait to officially have a seester.
Kylie Brown - Bridesmaid
Kylie and I met in our sorority at UF, but our friendship really took off when she moved to Nashville. Whether it was a Whiskey Jam, an SEC football day, a happy hour, a night at Tin Roof, or a girls night in, Kylie was always down for the shenanigans. We definitely fed off of each others craziness and I have so many core memories with Kylie. It’s so amazing to be in the same season of life together and instead of being out at the bars, you can now catch us FaceTiming and stressing over wedding planning together.
Charlotte Earnhart - Bridesmaid
Charlotte and I used to be rivals in high school volleyball. But we went from playing against each other, to playing with each other when we finally ended up on the same travel team, and we have been besties ever since. Whether we were getting our butts kicked in conditioning or traveling 45 minutes to and fro just to hangout with each other for an hour, Char and I are always goofing around and cackling together-even if I am falling off of her roof. She has always been so supportive and brings out the best, worst, and weirdest in me.
Michael Diodato - Best Man
From Week 1 at VMI, Michael has been my bestfriend. We have been practically inseparable, from being roommates at VMI, to playing baseball in the Hamptons together (S/O the Daniel's family), to now being my bestman. There is so much I could say about Mike, but in the end I am grateful that our paths crossed and I am looking forward to a lifetime of memories with us.
Joseph Thornton - Groomsman
I became instant friends with Joseph during that first week at VMI. On my bad days at VMI, if I saw Joseph he would completely change the trajectory of my day and always knew what I needed as a friend. Joe was one of those people that I knew I would have a lifetime relationship with and I am grateful that he is a part of my life.
Zach Shonting - Groomsman
I could write an entire book about Zach and I's friendship. I spent every weekend with Zach from the ages of 4 to 12 years old. We truly did everything together as kids and it was some of the best times I've ever had. Our friendship has come full circle as we worked together and spent everyday together as adults for over a year. I truly cannot be more thankful for a friend like Zach and I know that he will always be there for me, no matter where we are at in our lives.
Jon Clines - Groomsman
I owe a lot to Jon Clines. While he helped me graduate from VMI, he also was one of the most enjoyable teammates I had and truly made baseball more fun for all of us. Every night after practice, Jon and myself would play NHL for hours on end and usually I was the winner. Jon has continued to play a huge role in mine and Dani's lives as he is always visiting us and bringing the best times.
Austin Kirby - Groomsman
Austin has been one of my bestfriends for as long as I can remember. We began our friendship playing basketball in 4th grade and we continued to play together until we got to High School (TP4L). Even after high school, we always stayed in touch and even lived together once we finished college. Austin and his family are amazing people and I am forever thankful for them.
Jordan Wilson - Groomsman
Jordan played basketball with me and Austin when we were younger, and just like Austin we instantly became great friends. As we got older, our friendship continued to grow as we competed against each other in high school. Once we got to college, I got to watch Jordan chase his football dream and admire from a distance. Jordan is about to be a South Florida resident with me and I am very excited to have such a close friend right down the street.
Adam Lewis - Groomsman
Adam and myself worked together at Hensel Phelps and instantly became great friends. I spent many weekend with Adam and his wife, Madi, and they took me in and treated me like family. Not only did we work together, but we ended up being on the same night shift and our friendship really grew. Adam is a great dude and I can always count on him to have the most fun, just like we did at the Indy car race in Nashville.
Dave Kelly - Groomsman
Dave and I worked together at ALPA and instantly became boys. When we moved to Florida, Dave was the first to come visit us and as it always is with Dave, we had a great time. Now that Dave is a Nashvillian, we always get to see him when we come visit and I am looking forward to the memories we will make over time.
Ryan Jaffe - Groomsman
While it is always nerve wracking meeting your significant other's family, it was no different from the first time I met Ryan. I went to a dinner with him and his fiance, Serena, on a Tuesday night at 9:00 pm in Orlando (Without Dani) and did not know what to expect. It ended up being an amazing time and I realized how great of a person Ryan is and how much we were the same. I couldn't be more thankful to have a future brother like him and I'm looking forward to many more Panther games with him.
