What times should I arrive to the ceremony?
Venue opens at 4:00pm with ceremony starting promptly at 4:30pm
What is the attire?

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The venue can accommodate either. The plan is to have the ceremony outside and reception indoors. This is dependent on the weather and we will adjust accordingly.
What will the weather be like?
It's Idaho spring so it is a bit of a gamble. May 4th 2023 was low 70s and overcast.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, lots! If you plan to drive your own vehicle please plan for travel time and all cars must be out of the parking lot at 10:15pm sharp. There is no overnight parking.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, kids are allowed. Please let us know if they will be joining us on the RSVP card or site.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Beer, Wine, and soft drinks with Polynesian/ Hawaiian catering. Vegetarian options available. See dinner menu tab.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we will have an open bar serving Beer, Wine, and Cider.
When is the RSVP deadline?
April 1st

When will the reception end?
Ends promptly at 10pm per venue rules. (No overnight parking)

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We have not hired a professional photographer for our ceremony or reception and would love some photos. With that being said, please be mindful of the people around you: sound off, not getting in the way of others, and keep it to a minimum during the ceremony itself.

How do I get to the wedding venue?
The venue is about 35-45 minutes away from Boise. You can drive your own vehicles as there is a lot of parking and we encourage carpooling (no overnight parking). We will also have a bus to take guests from the hotel Mariott to the venue and back at the end of the night. View travel tab for details.
