ARRIVAL at the Villa 12-5pm on Sunday July 27, followed by a welcome pizza party at 6:30pm.- the shuttle service will be provided @3PM to the villa.- Rental cars are available at the airport. BREAKFAST is served daily from 8:00 - 10:00am.LUNCH foods available in the villa kitchen 24/7.DINNER All dinners except Monday &amp; Friday are scheduled. If you would like to contribute to a family style meal, please RSVP by April 1st. All hands are welcome!ALCOHOL BYOB, can purchase at duty free. CHECKOUT Saturday August 2nd by 10:00am via shuttle or rental car.

Transportation to the Villa from the Florence airport will be provided on Sunday July 27 at 3:00pm.Please arrange your flight to arrive by 2:00pm. Return transportation to the Florence airport will be provided on Saturday August 2 at 10:00am. You must RSVP for this transportation by April 1st with your flight details.

Florence Day Trip Shuttle transportation will be provided for all guests that RSVP by February 20.The shuttle will depart the villa at 11:00am, and leave Florence at 8:00pm

CAR RENTAL - if you decide to rent a car from the airport, we will need to know by February 20, as there are a limited number of parking spaces in the villa garage. New laws have been implemented regarding having alcoholic beverages before driving.
