All accommodation, ferry transfers and resort activities are subject to availability at the time of booking, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Check-in for accommodation is generally available for guests from 2pm. For early arrivals we strongly recommend that rooms are reserved and paid for the night before as we cannot guarantee you will have access to your accommodation before 2pm. Check- out time is 10am. Guests requiring special consideration for late check-out should make their request when placing reservations.

RATE PLAN: PAY NOW & SAVE

Deposit & Payment – hotel rooms and villas

Full payment at the time of booking

Full cancellation fees apply for bookings cancelled at any time including a reduction in nights and failure to show.

RATE PLAN: BOOK NOW & PAY LATER

Credit card details are required to secure guest booking. Payment is due on check-in.

Bookings cancelled fifteen or more prior to check-in- no fees apply. Bookings cancelled within fourteen days prior to arrival or failure to show - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Deposit & Payment - Houses

All reservations require credit card details and a deposit of one night upon booking with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival - a full refund will be provided on one night’s accommodation taken at time of booking. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee applies.

PREAUTHORIZATION

Upon check-in your credit card is required for a security deposit for incidentals during your stay (amount varies based on room type). If no credit card is available, a cash or debit card payment can be made with a refund of the difference on check out.

Your special rates.

Cheaper accommodation may be found on online specials and at certain times of the year. These specials are subject to availability, may require pre-payment and are subject to strict booking and cancellation conditions. You are more than welcome to take advantage of these specials, however the above waived walk on ferry transfers, waived ferry charges for children and flexible cancellation policy do not apply with accommodation not booked through the above event code.
