There are group rates for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom traditional style lodges. All other room types are the regular rates. Please see below:

For a two bedroom, two bathroom Traditional lodge with a full kitchen, living area, dining area and a covered porch. Sleeps 6 people total. $550 per night plus tax. The general public rate for a traditional lodge is $650 per night plus tax.

There is a two night minimum stay required on all lodging reservations. The minimums apply to all of the room types. If guests rent a third night they will get 50% off of that third night.

The regular rates and description of the Oak Tree lodges are listed below:

For a one bedroom, one bathroom lodge with a full kitchen, living area and dining area. This lodge has covered porch access although it is a shared patio space. Sleeps 4 people total. This is located in the Oak Tree Lodge section of the resort (Lodges 45-54). The rate for lodging for up to 4 people is $500 per night plus tax.

For a hotel room lock-off style lodge. This is the other side to the Oak tree lodge units. They lock off the second bedroom to create this hotel room. This unit has covered porch access although it is a shared patio space. There is a King sized bed, a twin pull out sofa, a wet bar, 2 person Jacuzzi and flat screen TV. Sleeps up to 3 people total. The rate is $350 per night plus tax.

For a Full Oak Tree Lodge with two bedrooms and two bathrooms the date is $750 per night plus tax. This lodge also sleeps up to 6 people. They have two Master Bedrooms with bathrooms attached. There is a twin pull-out sofa bed in one bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the great room.

Any reservations booked will require the 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. There is a 30 day cancellation policy on the reservations. If the guest cancels within 30 days the deposit is nonrefundable. If they cancel before the 30 days there is a $75 cancellation fee.

The regular rates for the traditional lodges are higher than our wedding rates therefore you cannot book online for the traditional style lodges. You can book online for the Oak Tree room types but still follow up with the front desk so they can make sure you are part of our group. The front desk has been provided with our rates.
