Queretaro, MX has only 1 international airport called Aeropuerto Intercontinental de Querétaro (QRO). Delta, American Airlines, United, Aeromexico, and other well-known airlines all operate through here.

Uber is our recommended mode of transportation. We suggest using the Reserve feature to make sure you get a timely ride. Taxis are also a viable option; however, we recommend booking them through the hotel lobby staff. This is to ensure that you get an official taxi with the proper licenses, as informal work is quite common in Mexico.

The party venue is located at a vineyard, 20 minutes from Hotel Casa Inn (our recommended hotel), 10 minutes from One Hotel, and 25 minutes from Downtown Querétaro. It's worth noting that Ubers may be scarce and often overbooked late at night, especially away from Downtown Querétaro. To avoid the hassle of trying to secure an Uber at 2 a.m., we recommend you seek assistance from your hotel lobby staff. They should be able to help you arrange a taxi in advance to pick you up from the vineyard.

Transportation Option: We have booked private transportation to move people from the Casa Inn Hotel to the Church, then to the Vineyard, and finally back to Casa Inn. If you are not staying at Casa Inn, or just taking the ride partially (e.g., Vineyard to Casa Inn) you will be welcome to hop on too. Closer to the event we will be reaching out to our confirmed guests to ask if you will opt in to the transportation option.
