- Rates for children (2-12 years) and 3rd/4th guests applies sharing accommodation with 2 adults.

- Children aged <2 years are subject to a $65 booking fee plus tax.

To reserve your room and guarantee the rate, your deposit of $250 CAD per person must be made no later than March 1, 2025. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Final payment date is March 5, 2026.

Changes and Cancellations

- Cancellation before final payment: loss of $250 deposit

- Cancellation after final payment: 100% non refundable

- Changes 90+ days prior to departure: $150 per change plus applicable cost difference

-Changes 89 -0 days before departure: full cancellation applies

- Name changes 90+ days prior to departure: $150 per name change

- Name changes 89 - 21 days prior to departure: $300 per name change

- No name changes allowed 20 -0 days prior to departure

Your roundtrip flights are included in your Sunwing Vacation package. Schedules will not be recorded in your invoice as schedules are available with this charter closer to the final payment. Sunwing Vacations will provide E Documents within 28 days of departure. At that time, she will be sending them to you via email.

Airport Transfers - Airport transfers to and from the airport to the resort and return are included in your vacation package. So that you know, instructions will be given to you with your E documents.
