When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 7, 2024. There are several meal options for you to choose from.
What is the timeline for the wedding day?
The wedding will begin at the Country Club Christian Church at 4pm. Happy hour will follow at the The Little Theatre at 5pm with dinner and the reception to start at 6:00pm and going until 10:30pm.
Do you have rooms reserved at any hotels?
Yes! We have room blocks at the Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown Hotel. It is across the street from The Little Theater. See our "Travel" tab for more details.
Where can I park at The Little Theatre?
Here are some alternative parking options as the Convention Center parking garage will be under construction during the time of our wedding.
Do we need to rent a car?
Renting a car does have its advantages, but it is fairly easy to get around downtown Kansas City by using the street car, Uber app, or walking. You will need to drive or Uber to the ceremony location as it is located just south of the Plaza and not walking distance from downtown.
Are kids allowed?
While we love all the children of our family and friends, we want everyone to be able to relax and enjoy the night. Please let us know if you are in need of babysitting services. We can point you in the right direction.

Our wedding coordinator's name is Devan Gallenstein. You can text or call her the day of at 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. Please refrain from contacting the bride and groom on their wedding day as they would like to relax and enjoy their day!
