2:30pm | Shuttle 1: Pickup Kelowna at Prospera Place

2:45pm-2:50pm | Shuttle 1 & 2: Pickup West Kelowna at the parking lot between Wendy's and Dollarama

Shuttle 2 to fill up to 24 people / Shuttle 1 to take the overflow

1x Shuttle to carry on to Summerland to pick up guests.

3:50pm | Pickup Summerland at Summerland Arena

~4:00pm-4:05pm arrival at Oak Estate

End of night

10:30pm | Shuttles arrive for pickup at Oak Estate - if any Summerland guests are ready to go early a shuttle can zip them away and be back for the Kelowna guests.

11:00pm | Shuttles pickup remaining guests, drop at Peachland, West K & Kelowna (drivers will communicate what drop locations are on either shuttle).
