4:00PM - ARRIVE AT CHATEAU DE LA VALOUZE: Due to jet lag and varying schedules, this day will be focused on arriving and setting up. Please do not feel rushed to get in early!

As people continue to arrive, feel free to unpack, unwind, and explore the chateau grounds! || 4:00PM - LAWN GAME ICE BREAKERS: We are beyond excited to have so many amazing people from all the parts of our lives collide in Bordeaux! Since there will be a lot of new faces, please feel free to join us for an afternoon of lawn games and drinks to break the ice and meet some new friends. || 6:00PM - FOOD TRUCK: We've arranged for a local French BB-Q food truck to come to the chateau to provide a dinner option for any who do not want to venture into town. Please bring payment with you, it will be rotisserie meats with local sauces, fries, salad, and dessert.

3:00PM - WINE TASTING: Join us for a wine tasting event with sommeliers from Château Valandraud. Recently designated a Grand Cru Classé of the Saint-Emilion appellation, this is the perfect way to take in the local wine scene and learn a little bit about the region and culture. || 4:00PM - CHARCUTERIE: What better to pair with amazing wine than charcuterie? We'll have a full selection of local meats, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruits, and spreads for all to enjoy.

ALL DAY: SAINT-EMILION DAY TRIP Located in what is considered the "Right Bank" of the Bordeaux wine region, Saint-Emilion is a medieval town with roots stretching back 35,000 years. This breathtaking town is also know as one of the wine and food capitals of the world. Join us for a day of exploring! || 11:00AM - Buses Depart for Saint-Emilion from Chateau || 11:30AM - Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting || 1:00PM - Arrive at Saint-Emilion || You will have the day to explore the town as you wish. Jump from winery to winery, explore the famous restaurants and cafes, rummage through shops, or get lost in the winding alleyways || 9:00PM - Buses Depart to return to the chateau

6:00PM - REHEARSAL DINNER: Please join us and our families for a celebratory dinner at the chateau. Attire is cocktail casual.

WEDDING DAY! Please feel free to explore the local area the first half of the day before getting ready to party the night away! || Cocktail attire. 3:00PM - CEREMONY || 3:45PM - COCKTAIL HOUR || 6:00PM - DINNER || 8:30PM - RECEPTION

12:00PM - DAY AFTER BRUNCH: Please join us at the conclusion of our wedding week with a brunch at the Chateau.
