Please be at the venue at least 30 minutes early so everyone has a chance to get seated and settled in a timely manner.

Parking at the venue is limited. We recommend commuting in groups so fewer people have to walk.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

We've hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for a fully unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from electronics until after the ceremony.

The weather is expected to be temperate but possibly chilly in the evening.

We kindly ask that guests dress in cocktail attire and avoid white dresses or extra loud colors where possible.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

Due to the venue being on government property and the liquor license only extending to the mess, no outside alcohol will be allowed on the premises to stay in line with local laws. Bringing outside liquor onto the premise could have guests ejected from the event or fined.
