The Carlyle Dupont Circle, a Kimpton Hotel

The simplest way to get around Washington DC is using Uber or a Taxi, or for shorter distances simply walking. The Metro is a low cost alternative, but be sure to leave extra time. We recommend against renting a car because traffic can be bad and parking is limited. We have a Google Map with the important wedding locations here. If you do not have the Uber App you can install it on your phone by searching for Uber in the App store or from the Uber website here. You can find more information on getting a Taxi here. Information about the Washington DC Metro (public transportation) can be found here. You have several options to get from the Hotel to the Church. The simplest and easiest is to take an Uber or a Taxi. Another easy option is a mile and half walk, first southwest on New Hampshire Ave to Dupont Circle and then southeast on Massachusetts Ave to the Church. For those of you who wish to drive, limited parking may be found along Massachusetts Avenue and K streets if you prefer to park on the street.
