We met on a blind date set up by a mutual friend at Grand Rapids Brewing Company on December 1, 2018. We were both nervous for the first date, mostly because both our friends told us that they would be showing up to the restaurant that night to spy. Luckily they didn't, and the first date was a success. We bonded quickly over our common interests and values, and every day since has been better than we could have ever asked for. We got engaged during a trip out west to Yellowstone on August 3, 2020 and can't wait to receive the sacrament of Holy Matrimony and live the rest of our lives together!
